For a while I've been a huge fan of Pooya and the UnJS ecosystem he's built. His IPX project was a total lifesaver at Webstudio. We usually optimize images using cloud features, but we needed something for users running self-hosted sites on Docker. IPX was by far the easiest to set up and didn't hurt our DX at all. I truly admire how he keeps up the quality across so many tools.
